Hallway Renovation
This corridor renovation transformed a dated, dimly lit space into a modern, inviting area that reflects the elevated character of the building. The design replaced traditional finishes and incandescent lighting with a modern, sophisticated palette and custom LED lighting.
Durability, price and performance were key drivers in material selections and overall design. High-performance wallcoverings, custom Axminster carpet with improved wear resistance and hidability ensure longevity in this high-traffic area. The new feature wall at the elevator vestibule with large mirror and classic black stone shelf enhances height and depth of the space while enhancing the natural light and views. The new ceiling configuration including subtle metallic finish and perimeter cove lighting are a call back to references in the existing lobby.
The result is a bright, refined corridor that now feels part of the building, and is both timeless and welcoming.
