Larchmont

We combined a series of poorly conceived closets to create a larger Master Bath and connected Walk-in-Closet. As this is an internal space, we brought in natural light through a truncated skylight that extends through the attic to the roof, which enlivens the space and provides a freshness to the quality of light. The finish palate incorporates warm honed limestone tile and slab combined with Anegre millwork and nickel finishes. The overall style hints at the Art Deco enhancing the light sensuous ambiance. Functionally, we incorporated Universal Design principles as our client is a Baby Boomer, looking to an extended future at home.
