Lobby Renovation

As the final phase of a six-year collaboration, this smaller-scale project focused on refreshing the space within a tight budget while maintaining continuity with the recently renovated elevators and hallways.

Existing wood panels were refinished to a lighter matte tone, creating a more modern aesthetic. New and reconfigured storage improved functionality for the doormen. While the stone flooring was repaired and repolished, the damaged elevator feature wall was replaced with a similar stone in a matte finish with more pronounced veining for added character.

Upgraded recessed and cove lighting, new wallcoverings, floating shelves, and decorative mirrors echoed design details from the upper levels. Streamlined, durable furnishings completed the transformation, resulting in a cohesive and modernized finish to the multi-phase renovation.
