Senior Associate
Roula joined ECA in 2002 after working at Gensler NYC on various corporate projects, and prior to that, in Berlin, Germany on social housing projects. She graduated from The School of Design at North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture. She has been registered in New York State since 2008.
She has contributed to many Design Projects at ECA over the years from Lobby and Tenant Hall renovations to Apartment renovations, working on the construction documents to overseeing the construction onsite.
Her thorough review and oversight of the Design Projects has resulted in successful outcomes and satisfied Clients. Roula also reviews Apartment Alterations for our Managing Agents and applies the same comprehensive oversight she applies to Design Projects. Her strength lies in her attention to detail and follow-through addressing problems and concerns head on.
