This 1959 cooperative's lobby and entrance needed a facelift and transformation to modernize the space and align it with the quality of the recently renovated façade. Although the space is not large, the Building tasked us to create an environment that provides an expansive, open feeling. We were able to a achieve the open feeling by raising the ceilings and using a combination of subtle and dramatic lighting. In addition, the curve of the wall houses the mailroom area. The detailing is crisp, the finishes sparkle, and the space is dynamic.
