In doubling the size of our office, we have created an environment that exemplifies our best design practices. With a setting that is both efficient and serene, we have related strongly to our site, exploiting views of the city and of the Hudson River that are enjoyed by our clients and team. We have used a sophisticated palette of sustainable and healthy materials, finishes and furnishings, whose contrasts in value and texture support the open plan’s vistas and present an image to our clients that exemplifies our philosophy of respecting context.  Our responsibility towards our broader environment is reflected in our selection of the new mechanical system, plumbing fixtures, lighting and controls; materials, finishes and furnishings, for which we have achieved LEED Gold Certification.
